Currently, we have a vacancy for a Receptionist cum Course Counsellor.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Attend to phone calls and emails
  • Explain the Course Content to students when they come for enrollment.
  • Follow up with interested / prospective students, who have shown interest in the course but have not enrolled yet.

Soft Skills Required:

  • Good command over English
  • Good interpersonal skills, and ability to interact effectively with students of all age groups
  • Ability to explain about the Course to students, and answer questions
  • Lots of patience to handle students / parents of all categories
  • Good marketing skills to get students enrolled in the course

Salary:-  Rs.7,000 per month  plus incentive for each student enrollment.

Experience:- Candidates with prior experience will be given more preference. However, even fresher’s with good English communication skills may also apply.

Job Description

  • Proven track record of developing new business through online marketing.
  • Having good communication, proven presentation, negotiation & interpersonal, cold calls, skills.
  • Strong in client connection and client services Getting business through different channels( Social media, client visit, events, Email Marketing Etc.)
  • Understanding the project requirement & Making client Relations
  • Experience in writing Proposals, Bidding
  • Experience with interacting with overseas clients, good Communication skills.
