At iTrainU Institute, we aim to maintain transparency and fairness in our policies. This document outlines the terms related to cancellations, refunds, and other adjustments to course registrations.
1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Requests:

- Requests should include the student’s name, course name, batch details, and reason for cancellation.

Timeline for Cancellation:
- Before Course Commencement:
- If a student cancels 7 days or more before the course start date, they are eligible for a full refund (excluding non-refundable registration fees).
- Within the First 2 Sessions:
- Cancellation requests submitted within the first 2 sessions of the course are eligible for a 75% refund of the course fee.
- After the First 2 Sessions:
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made after attending more than 2 sessions.
- Before Course Commencement:

Batch Rescheduling:
- Students can request to transfer their enrollment to another batch up to 3 days before the current batch start date.
- Rescheduling is subject to seat availability in the requested batch.
2. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are applicable only for eligible cancellations as per the timeline mentioned above.
- Refund requests must include proof of payment and a valid ID.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during registration.

- Registration fees.
- Fees for course materials already provided.
- Any taxes, bank charges, or transaction fees incurred during the payment process.
3. Special Cases

Medical or Emergency Refunds:
- If a student cannot continue the course due to medical reasons or unforeseen emergencies, they must provide supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificate, or an official letter).
- Refunds in such cases will be decided at the discretion of the management.

- In case iTrainU cancels or postpones a course, students will have the option to:
- Transfer to another batch without additional charges.
- Receive a full refund of the paid course fee.

- Refunds or cancellations for corporate or group training will follow the terms outlined in the agreement signed with the company or organization.

- Online courses or access to digital content are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

- Courses specifically tailored to individual requirements are non-refundable after confirmation.
