- Exam Fees
No Refunds in These Situations:
- Withdrawal from the course or program after enrolment
- Absence or non-attendance
- Expulsion or dismissal due to misconduct or violation of institute policies
- Request for refund due to change in personal circumstances
Student Acknowledgement:
By enrolling at iTrainU Institute and Training Pvt Ltd, students and/or their guardians acknowledge and agree to this Non-Refundable Policy.
Exceptions (if applicable):
Refund Eligibility
- Duplicate payments made due to technical or human error
- Unauthorized transactions that are duly verified and reported within the stipulated period
Refund Processing & Deductions
- GST already paid shall be deducted from the refundable amount.
- Registration fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
- If course has started and attended more than 1 week, course fees will be deducted.
Management reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on internal policies and case-specific evaluation.
Replacement Policy:
- Student must provide a replacement reference (subject to approval)
- Applicable only within 48 hours after admission
5. Attendance and Participation
- Students are expected to attend all sessions and complete assignments on time.
- Instructors must be notified in advance of any absences.
- Lack of participation may result in course failure or withdrawal.
6. Course Changes and Cancellations
- The institution reserves the right to reschedule or cancel courses.
- Students may choose a refund or transfer in such cases.
7. Course Access and Attendance
- Access is granted only after successful enrollment and payment.
- Students must attend sessions regularly.
- Access may be limited as per course duration.
8. Placement Assistance
- Completion of academic and practical coursework is required.
- Minimum 80% attendance is mandatory.
- No pending dues or disciplinary issues.
9. Code of Conduct
- Respectful behavior is mandatory.
- Misconduct or plagiarism may lead to dismissal without refund.
10. Certification
- Certificate is awarded only after completing all requirements.
- Certificates are issued digitally unless specified.
11. Privacy and Data Use
- Personal data is protected and not shared without consent.
- Performance data may be used internally.
12. Intellectual Property
All course materials are the intellectual property of iTrainU Institute Training Pvt. Ltd. and cannot be reproduced or distributed without permission.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of updates.
14. Liability
- The institution is not liable for personal loss or damage.
- Students are responsible for their own equipment and data.
- We do not guarantee employment.
